Ustawienia — JIRA

Integracja z Jira Cloud umożliwia AI pobieranie issues, epics i statusów projektów podczas rozmowy w OneRAI Chat.

Wymagania

  • Konto Atlassian z dostępem do Jira Cloud
  • API Token z id.atlassian.com

Konfiguracja

  1. Włącz toggle JIRA
  2. Wpisz URL instancji: https://twoja-firma.atlassian.net
  3. Wpisz Email konta Atlassian
  4. Wpisz API Token — wygeneruj na: id.atlassian.com → API Tokens
  5. Kliknij Test Connection — automatycznie wypełni Cloud ID i załaduje projekty
  6. Wybierz domyślny projekt

Cloud ID

Cloud ID jest wymagany do wyszukiwania issues przez API. OneRAI wypełnia go automatycznie po Test Connection. Możesz też znaleźć go ręcznie pod adresem: {twoja-url}/_edge/tenant_info

💡 Po skonfigurowaniu możesz pytać AI np.: "Pokaż mi otwarte błędy w projekcie XYZ" lub "Co zawiera epic ABC-123?"

Settings — JIRA

Jira Cloud integration allows AI to fetch issues, epics and project statuses during the OneRAI Chat conversation.

Requirements

  • Atlassian account with Jira Cloud access
  • API Token from id.atlassian.com

Configuration

  1. Enable the JIRA toggle
  2. Enter the instance URL: https://your-company.atlassian.net
  3. Enter Email of your Atlassian account
  4. Enter API Token — generate at: id.atlassian.com → API Tokens
  5. Click Test Connection — it will automatically fill in Cloud ID and load projects
  6. Select the default project

Cloud ID

Cloud ID is required for searching issues through the API. OneRAI fills it in automatically after Test Connection. You can also find it manually at: {your-url}/_edge/tenant_info

💡 Once configured you can ask AI e.g.: "Show me open bugs in project XYZ" or "What does epic ABC-123 contain?"
